I HAVE A PVC VALVE THAT I CANT FIND TO REPLACE, BUT IS IT NORMAL FOR THE CAR TO HAVE A STRONG VIBRATE WHEN EXCELERATED TO 4 RPM

It is located on the passenger side of the upper intake manifold. There is a MAP sensor that sits on top of it. You have to twist the cover to unlock it.
