2001 Chevy Monte Carlo Fluhing my radiator on a 3400 sfi

I have a bunch of gunk in my radiator and i want to flush it to see if it will help out. I would like step by step instructions on doing this if at all possible. Thank you

you can purchase a flushing kit at your local parts store that also has full detailed instructions. or you can purchase a service manual.
