2000 Chevy Monte Carlo 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

My car wont start.When I pop the hood I move the positive wire around then I get power again.THen I can get It to start.Do you think nI need to replace the whole pos. wire or can I fix the problem some other way?

If you can move the whole connection, it isn't tight enough. You might take the cable loose and wirebrush the connection on the cable and battery. On a side post battery, you can get a new stud at the parts store.

As far as the cable, if you can see corrosion up under the insulation, get a new cable.
