DOOR WILL NOT CLOSE..ITS 5 BELOW HERE .THE DOORS ARE WIDE OPEN AND WILL NOT CLOSE.POWER LOCKS ARE WORKING BUT THE LOCKS THEMSELVES ARE STUCK

they r frozen, try to undo the latch in the door while holding the door handle in open position, i hope it helps
