Air Conditioning problem 6 cyl Automatic
----------------------------------------------------------------
Hi, my '97 Monte Carlo LS recently stopped blowing cold air when the A/C is turned on. I have a can of Freon (or whatever you call it) with a gauge that i can put in to recharge the AC. My question is, where is the opening/plug for this? I need an image and/or a very detailed description of the location, because I can't find it ANYWHERE! I remember when my car had been fixed before, they took something off in order to get to it...

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated, because I need AC!

Charge it at the low side pressure service port and use R134a.

Sorry, I've tried my auto references Mit1 and Alldata no location but the low side is always between the compressor and evaporator which is the suction line.
