My headlights flicker when I press brake pedal and I get a motor sound that the lights flicker to. I am just wondering if brake motor assist and lights are on seem circuit. What can be done to stop the flicker?

What they have in common is the stop light switch on the brake pedal arm...check the switch, and see if your brake lights are working?

A nice thought, the brake lights work, but flicker also.

Is the ABS light comming on? If not you may need to trace the ground wire in brake light circuit. Continiuty test the connector, should be no cont, between the leasd, until button is pressed, and should have cont between any ground surface, and ground terminal on the connector. If all lights flicker, check voltage regulator...and alt brushes.

The ABS Light comes on before start. After running it goes out. While running and drive it does not come on. Just when turned off before starting. The lights just flicker when I hit the brakes and get this motor sound when pressing brake pedal.

You may be hearing the master cylinder pump. These may contribute to the problem...Water in sensors and external reluctors at wheels, check for any bent broken or missing teeth...
