Error 51 ECM prom error came up in a diagnostic test. I was told this is only a dealer part and can be very expensive. I want to know if I can find another car like mine and take this part and install it in my car, I believe I would have to take the entire brain? Where is this "brain box" located and how much time is involved in replacing it?
