2005 Chevy Malibu
Hi, the check engine light recently came on in my 05 Chevy Malibu. I took it to chain Auto Part store and they ran a test and said it needed to be taken to a mechanic. I would like to get a few possiblities as to what the problem could be 1.before I do same. This is what the troubleshooting receipt said:
Definition:
EVAP Flow During a Non-Purge Condition
Explanation:
The ECM has detected pressure in the EVAP system a non-purge condition
Probable causes:
1) Purge or vent solenoid failure
2) Plugegd EVAP canister condition
3) Failed EVAP Pressure Sensor
