When I turn to the right in my 2004 Chevrolet Malibu I hear a noise almost like something disengaging or slipping on the right side of front-end. Does this sound like a CVJoint that needs to be replaced or maybe a strut? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Hello,

Is it like a clicking sound? If so then yes it could be the CV Axle or possibly the Bearings.

Would need to jack vehicle up to check...

Spin wheel and listen for noise also grab CV Axle and move up and down if has a lot of movement then replace it.
