I drive a 2003 Malibu and the car runs fine but I have began to notice a harder ride especially when I cross speed bumps. My car has four relatively good tires from Walmart. Due to finances, I have two tires from one manufacturer and two from another. All of the tires are the same size. Should I bite the bullet and convert all of the tires to one brand and manufacturer. I had an alignment about 6 months ago, but my car continues to trembles when I get up to 80mph. It is controllable but it has become more noticeable. There seems to be a squeaking noise when I hit a bump. Previously, I was told that I will have to replace my Calipers and I was wondering what damage it will cause if they are not replaced soon. I had a transmission flush at 50,000 miles and I was wondering when should I have that process repeated. Is there a safe way to clean my engine without damaging any of the parts? What other maintenance is recommended to keep the vehicle working properly?

have the trans fluid changed at 100K. If you are getting a lot of bounce or leakage from the struts, replace them. Have the wheel balance checked.
