2003 Chevy Malibu runs rough are dies until warmed up

Starts right up and while warming starts to run rough or die until warmed up and then runs great with no issues. As coded several times and have changed MAF sensor,throttle sensor, both O2 sensors, and stil will code P0420. Please assist

I have a 2000 Chevy Malibu it runs rough espically when idle but as of late I have to warm it up about 20 mins before I leave and even then when I pull out my drive way my car bucks a little - just today I was pulling out of somewhere and it stalled so I restarted - now once I get her driving it's beautiful still makes some noise but not like when I first start

My husband seems to believe it's the spark plugs but I have no clue

Oh and my check engine light is on - we just bought this car used on 12/31/09 so hasn't been too long
