If only one window isn’t working you can say for sure its not a fuse
That will leave switch ----motor/regulator --------wiring

Which one in your case
It may not be the motor if it roll down but wont go up
Do you hear the motor try to work when switch pushed

You have the do a bit of investigating
You need a volt meter or a simple test light
