2001 malibu frontend knocking

i have a 2001 malibu with 65000miles automatic transmission. recently replaced front disc pads and then a few days later starting getting a roaring sound in left front end especially turning left. rotated tires though that tires were worn wrong. didnt help now with the road roar and now i have a hard knocking sound in frontend that hits hard as tires rotate. the faster i go the louder it becomes. please help.

Make sure u don’t have a loose rim
Some times loose tie rod end will make that noise

And check the work u did on the brakes Calipers tight and dust cover behind the rotor
