My car is currently seeming to run hot while the temperature gauge is reading normal. I hear a terrible thud under the hood to realize that my hose going to the thermostat is producting the thud from a vibration like its starving for coolant. I have currently replaced my thermostat and water pump along with the overflow tank cap. I filled the overflow tank to fill the radiator and cracked the air vent screw to bleed air. I crank my car to let it rum and warm up them it starts to run hot and pushes all the coolant out of the overflow tank. What is the problem here am I overlooking something? Is it the heads or possible hose collapse or hole in radiator or something?

Hi there,

Get the radiator flow tested by a radiator shop as it may be part blocked.
