2000 Chevy Malibu fuel injector cleaner

i put some fuel injector cleaner into my gas tank, which was only half full. i shut the car off for a half hour, then restarted it, the car then stalled but restarted. when i shut it off at the store, then restarted it, the car stalled twice but kept runing after that,once i got home the car seemed fine.
