I am working on 99' Chevrolet. I replaced the intake gaskets. What is the Rocker Arms supposed to be tightened to? Alldata says 124 inch ibs with an additional 30 degree turn. Autozone.com says 14 ft lbs with an additional 30 degree turn. I found somewhere on the internet 89 inch lbs with a 30 degree turn. I called a local Chevy dealer and they told me 30 ft lbs. I tried the 124 with 30 degree turn. When I cranked it you could tell it was too tight, there was no compression. What are they supposed to be torqued to?
