my car has the abs light still on after the brakes were fixed and I had some dealer tell me that the front bearing assembly is going out. and the sensor is in there for the brakes, which makes the light stay on.

He said that the bearings being worn out is causeing the car to ROAR......WHEEL BEARING ASSEMBLY.
he quoted me a price of 528.00 for both sides and not that I think this is too high but my son can work on the car and always does, he just needs to know how to fix, it.

So can you tell me ??????? Do I need any special tools to do it and give me the directions? I sure do apprecite this . Thanks Patricia Sartin

hi i have the exact same car and i do all of my own repairs first thing the abs sensor is not in the bearing it is at the end of the half shaft where it looks like a gear. as for the roar it does soun like your wheel bearings have gone bad not sure where you live but if you go to your local auto parts store and get a haines manual your son should have no problem fixing these if you have an auto zone near you they have a lone a tool program so it wont cost you any money for the speciality tools for thr job.... good luck
