car was in motion, ac and fan stoped blowing, cruise control shut off, windows stoped working, heard a krackling from fuse box. checked fuses and s belt is fine. hoping its not a fuse link...sugestions?

Do you see all the idiot lights that normally come On when key at run position and also do you hear the starter engaging the engine?
