have spark have fuel at fuel rail but not getting fuel

Get a noid light hook it up on the injector connector is it being pulse by the PCM if not fuel will never get in the combustion chamber to be burn therefore no combustion.

Also won't hurt to check the fuel pressure with a fuel pressure gauge-opening the return line don't mean nothing. EFI is very picky on fuel pressure.
