my emergeny brake pedal is not working it is not catching the grooves to activate brake 1990 chevrolet lumina 120,000 miles 3.2 engine would like to know how to fix if possible thank you

check to see if the emergency brake release is stuck. {release might be stuck in} if is lube a little and work the release to come loose
