Last winter the snow built up on the windshield and I turned on the wipers before clearing it. The wipers wouldn't move. After clearing the snow off they ran all of the time even if the switch was off. I had to take the fuse out to get them to stop. Do I have to replace the motor now or just a relay to get them to run normal.
