I'm tyring to find out about how much I should be lookiing to pay to have my transmission rebuit. I don't want to overpay and was wandering what to look for as far as a kinda close price range. Thank you in advance.

Hello! I Guess its all in what you want andcan afford. The two options I know of are used low milage or rebuilt i know you stated you wanted your tranny rebuilt so this may gvie you an idea. an used low milage is around $215.00 you would get this from the junk yard out of a wrecked car. which would be i guess a last resort. most of these come with warrenty for 90 or 30 day. than you can probaly find a rebuilt, at i tranny shop for $1500.00. going to the dealer is around $2500.00-$3000.00.
