cant figure out why only one of my fans are working ichecked the one that dont come on by wireing it direct and it works so i replaced the relay and it still dont come on

The left fan comes on as the engine warms, except that it will also come on immediately if the air conditioner is turned on. The right fan will come on at a higher temperature but only if it's necessary to keep the engine from overheating.
