1996 Chevy Lumina 1996 chevy lumina turn signals and hazard

i have a 1996 chevy lumina and the turn signals and hazards dont work. i found and replaced the fuses that were blown for the turn signals and hazards. i know theres power to the fuses and to the flasher as i used a test light. the flasher is brand new. and also the turn signal indicator lights dont come on as well. but the only thing i can think of is the turn signal switch is bad. SO ANY HELP WOULD BE VERY APPRECIATED
