1995 Chevy Lumina Steering Noise

I just changed out my power steering pump, tightened the belt and when I start the car and turn the steering wheel it makes a loud noise. What do I do next? Thank you in advance, Scott

Is is a belt noise or does it sound like there is no fluid in the pump? Did you bleed the system?
