1995 Chevy Lumina Air conditioning won't blow air

My a/c just won't blow out the vents. I can tell the a/c works because when I turn it on the lower vent, it feels cold.
Can you tell me what might cause the a/c to sltop blowing out the vents?

Sounds like vacuum leak at one of the airflow positioning valves behind dash.
