bleed all four ports.

fill up a clear bottle with brake fluid and put a hose on the pedal and submerge one end in the brake fluid, keep going till no more bubbles appear on each side.

I had my daughter pump the brakes, bled all four.Is this the same? Guy at the parts store said it may have a bleader on the master cylinder.Don't have the car here right now.

it will have to be driven for a while for them to work again more then likely, go somewhere where you wont put your life at danger and go in reverse slam the brakes and go forward and do the same. it may also be the master cylinder.
