Chevy, Impala,2004,87000, 4.3L-Car needed a jump i noticed that even when off i could still feel air coming out of the vents and a low humming noise so i went the week disconnecting the batterie cable. then i took out the blower motor fuse to stop the problem until i could go to the shop.after i took the fuse out i did not feel the air so ileft the batterie hookup and in the morning the batterie was dead and now i can,t even jump the car started i need it runing and i don,t have much cash til the end of the month/

Did you start the car after you had the battery disconnect
Check the connections @ battery terminals make sure they are tight

As for the fan running check for stuck relay

Good luck
