Car does not alway make strange sound but will, some times, more often now than before, make a wining sound that sound similar to a wining transmission or a car without power steering fluid, that will go away if I turn the vent or air conditioner off. Brought the car to the Chevy dealer, they said it was fine, just residual noise and charged me $50.00. I'm not convinced.
