as I drive my car locally at 45mph or slower once and occasionally twice during my drive of approxametally 75 miles, my brake pedal will slowly start to get firmer to the touch of braking until it is rock hard and the car starts to drag slower (brakes are now braking by them selves). it will not release and pedal is has zero movement and the brakes will not release. front brakes smell and are hot (not rear) after 20-30 minutes cool down brakes release a little and if i can get car up to about 40mph and tap brakes they will usually start to release, but not always and then i start the process over again. they replaced the front caliper but with in two days same problem again. No engine lights come on and this car has no abs system. With engine off i can pump the brakes rock hard during this problem and when i start engine the pedal will go down alittle and get spongy but not release. any ideas for remedy?
