MY CAR WHEN YOU TURN THE HEATER ON IT BLOWS COLD AIR WHEN THE HEATERS ON.THEN IT OVER HEATS.WHEM=N IT STARTS TO COOL DOWN THEN THE CAR STARTS BLOWING HOT AIR.WHAt do you think IT COULD BE? WE WERE TOLD IT WAS THE HEATER CORE OR THE BLOWER MOTOR RESISTOR.

Replace the thermostat if its the blower motor resistor I don't think it'd blow anything and also the heater if its clogged up-its not gonna come on and off

Do you think that it could be the coolant sensor?
Do think it could be the water pump?

The coolant temperature sensor if its defective will not turn on the electric radiator fan if that's what you have and cause the egnine to overheat same as the water pump.

Check the thermostat
