2004 Chevy Impala "flutter" on acceleration

I noticed several months ago that when going up a hill the car acts like it don't want to go up. I have to mash the accelerator more. Then it flutters/vibrates until I mash the accelerator more. Then it "catches" and go on. It only does it with me. My husband has driven the car and hasn't noticed anything. I took it to the mechanic. He said the same thing. What could it be? It does it almost daily when I drive it.[/quo


Go with better gas next fill up
you can use additives too
every one is unique in the way they drive
you can ask the tech to take a ride with you driving
