2003 Chevy Impala
Occasionally the secirity alarm light comes on while driving and then it won't start...sometimes it's days later! I never received a "chip" key with the car. Is there a way to bypass the so-called passlock? Or is there a certain way to trick it (I have read that leaving the key in the ON position for 10 minutes...???). Occasionally, it starts after just letting it set for an hour or so....but I don't have an hour or so to wait!!!
