My 2003 chevy impala has less than 18000 miles on it and the rotors have been replaced 2 times. One time under warranty and the second time in 2005 not covered by warranty. The brakes, again ,are emitting a rubbing sound when applied. I believe there is a manufacturing problem with this vehicle, but there has heen no recall that I can find to cover this. My wife drives this car around town and is not rough on the brakes. The dealership did the work both times on the brakes and now we have the same problem. Can you help?
