I didn't see bolts in the tracks. The only bolts I saw were up in the seat and very difficult to get a wrench on. The nuts are welded so I think I must turn the bolts from the top.
The heater isn't working in the drivers seat.

I have car seat heaters on the driver and passenger seats. The front passenger seat works, but the drivers seat does not. How do I find the problem and fix it?

sounds like the element may be bad. check your fuses first and see if they are ok. Does it shut off right away when you turn it on?

Unfortunately the only way you are going to replace them is the seat cover has to be replaced. There may be some interior shops that work on this stuff willing to take them out and sew in new ones but I figure most will just tell you to replace them.

I attached the process for this. Let me know if you have questions or need other info.
