What are the procedures for removal of a broken bolt in the intake manifold?

can you explain which bolt it is so i can better help you? is it in the head or is it for the upper intake

The screw is broken off in the upper intake. It broke as I was tightening the intake plenum. The plenum or it's gasket does not appear to have be damaged in the process.
