The wiper on the passenger side starts to move and then about 30 seconds or less while drive, its drops back down and then moved up a little. continues to move a little and then stops completely. I changed the wipers, but that doesn't help. The left wiper is still not moving now and I think its unsafe. Can you let me know how to fix this?

at the base of the wiper arm where it connects there is a little black cover that is plastic, pry it off and tighten the 13mm nut that has loosened. also check drivers nut for tightness, they loosen up all the time. i hope this helps.

Thanks for the advise. I do have one other question. Where is the drivers nut located?

Thanks
