The last time we had ice, I thought I had all of the ice chipped off the windsheild, but apparently not. I turned on the wipers, and one moved and the other was still stuck. Now, they move at different times, and seem to be all over the place, and the drivers side will not return to the off position. Is this the motor of something else?
