2002 Chevy Impala Fuel pump

The engine is turning over it sounds like no fuel is getting to the engine. Took fuel pump fuse out and the problem was still the same. What would ie be!!

Pull snorkle off spray some carb cleaner if she lights then relay or pump faulty.
