2002 3.8 Impala oil pan rust pin hole

Anybody have a fix for repairing pinhole in oil pan without removal. If removal necessary does anybody have procedure.

i would remove the pan before repairing the pin hole. just drain the oil and unbolt the pan. replace with a new gasket.
