After the car has been running for a while and has warmed up, the security, battery and check engine light flashes in the dashboard, the radio locks and the headlights flash. There's also this clicking sound that I hear in the car while all of this is going on. The power locks won't work, and the reverse lights wont come on or anything. From all of this going on, I believe that it killed the battery. I thought that maybe once I changed the battery, it would stop, but it hasn't. Sometimes, the car won't even start. I'll turn the ignition, and the car won't even crank, but the security is flashing on the dash board and the radio is locked.

It sounds like you have a bad body control module.
