I have a 2001 Chevy Impala and I just had the transmission rebuilt "also they had to put in a new valve body" but now it leaking transmission fluid. I took it to a transmission shop and they stated that the front seal was leaking. So I took it back to the person who rebuilt the transmission and they put a new front seal in but it still leaking but not as bad as before. Why is it still leaking and what should I do to correct the problem? Also could I use transmission stop leak to fix the problem? Also while it was leaking I never had to put any transmission fluid in.

If it is still leaking, either they are not properly replacing the part, or the input shaft has a burr or is worn and needs replaced. You could use a stop leak, but chances are it won't help. I'm sure it wasn't cheao to have redone. Make them do it until it's properly fixed.
