After testing and finding a failed o2 sensor (bank 1, sensor 2), we replaced it with new and cleared the computer. About a month later, same thing happened, where we just cleared the computer thinking it was a glitch.
Now, approximately a week later the engine light is back and the computer, again, reads o2 sensor (same bank 1, sensor 2).
What could cause this and how can we fix?
