2001 Chevy Impala V8 All Wheel Drive Automatic

Hello On my impala no matter if the car is on or off my a/c fan always runs which has caused it to kill my battery many times. once i take the a/c relay out i have no problems and my battery is fine but once i leave the relay in all day it kills my battery what can i do to solve this problem???

Hello, may have to get somebody to put a scanner on it, that shows live engine data, see if there is an ac request? The pcm controls the ground for coil side of the ac relay. Talking about the ac request, probably goes from the hvac control module to the bcm to the pcm. If there is a trouble code, it might point you in the right direction.
