i,ve got a 2000 chevy impala that been playin guess game with me.use a test lamp test all fuse in car all are in good condition,but am not get no light at all in the cluster or any power source inside the car.is there a man breaker to switch power on to the entire car and my battery to the car is brand new. what can it be please?????????
