Do you have any symptoms? (car stumble, hard to start...)

This code means your 4th cylinder is not firing properly.
A number of things could trigger this code:

bad Spark plug/wire/ignition module/coil/fuel injector
burn exhaust valve
poor compression
O2 sensor
clogged catalytic converter

If your car doesn't have any symptom, try to delete the code and see if it comes back. If it does, you'll have to check what I mentioned above
