I have wrote on here once before and had one response but never heard anything else back so here it goes again. I have had nothing but problems with this car. I have had it since 2003 and since 30000 miles. I have had to replace a transmission already right at about 100000 miles. Along with various other things leading up to this. I have had two recalls on my car one being for the Intake Problems and the other being the fuel lines that were leaking or something to that dexterity. My main problem is now when I start my car and sit in idle my car will start surging like its missfiring, which it is. The car will continue to surge when I pull to a stop or to accelerate down the road, really makes no difference what I do the car surges. At first I was only throwing two codes one being that the fuel system in bank one is too lean and the other being a missfire in cylinder 6. I have recently replaced my vacuum lines, my Mass Air Flow Sensor, Radiator and backwashed system completely, I have also replaced the plugs and wires as well. The car actually died on me before I had replaced any of these things. It started right up after 30 minutes and was running really bad but not missing at this time. So the mechanic I took it to said that It was a combination of my Lower Intake, Water Pump, Fuel Pump and one other thing but I dont remember what that was. Either way I honestly didnt believe this. So I took my car to another mechanic whom I did trust. At this time Its still sitting in his shop because he has a very small business and a lot of customers. However I have found that now I am still throwing those 2 codes mentioned above as well as a cooling fan sensor, which one of the dual fans is not working I do know that, and 3 EGR codes have now also shown. Can anyone help me on what to do with this. I have also had my injectors cleaned with GM Top Cleaner and fuel pressure seems to be hovering right where it needs to be. I am at a total loss and cant afford to keep just throwing money at this problem.

sounds to me you need an EGR valve (depending on the codes). I would also have them double check the fuel pressure. The pressure may be ok, but what about the volume of fuel. this could be a big concern. basically if they run the car with the fuel pressure gauge on it, open the release valve on the guage and the car dies when you do this, you need a fuel pump. But i would look at the egr first.
