Parking lights do not work

The parking lights/license plate/tail lamps and other lights do not work. I have changed the fuse with a known good fuse and they still do not work. Help!

More then likely you have a wiring issue. These lights share a feed wire and ground. So we need to use the wiring diagram and the guides below to test the wiring to see where you have power. Once we find out where we have power and we can go from there.
