cooling fans work correctly but come on to soon

My cooling fans work correctly but come on to soon and remain on approx 7 minutes after the engine is turned off even when cool . Where are the temp sensors located so I can test them. Thanks Steve

The engine coolant sensor is located in the rear of the cylinder head, I have attached a diagram for you. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
