aitomatic climate control system

I have a 2000 corvette with 78,000 miles. It has an automatic climate control system. The only buttons that control air flow is a defrost button. The air, cool or warm, comes out at your feet or the defrost if I use the defrost button. How do I direct it to come out the dash vents? No air flow to the dash vents that I can feel.
